ACM’s modern milk processing site uses industry best practice equipment to produce consistent, high quality products all year round. Commissioned in January 2019, it’s a highly flexible and adaptable plant that enables ACM to meet the most challenging product specifications and develop unique solutions to add value to our customers’ businesses.
Trusted systems
Globally recognised, leading systems and standards underpin ACM’s management, traceability and quality parameters across the entire dairy manufacturing process. Our Girgarre site, in northern Victoria, holds the international food safety standard British Retail Consortium (BRC) Certification, providing assurance that quality and food safety is maintained to world standards.
Export registrations
ACM holds export registration to all key markets. Our capable team also has an established process to seamlessly provide products to market with all required documentation.
Cheese expertise
Some of Australia’s best and most experienced cheese makers work at ACM. Victoria’s Goulburn Valley, the home of ACM’s milk processing site, is famous for cheddar cheese production. The region’s rich cheese history continues with ACM.
