Established in 2008, Australian Consolidated Milk (ACM) is an Australian owned and operated, milk management and dairy processing company.
We manage logistics and supply for milk from more than 320 farms in south-eastern Australia. Our supply is located in Victoria’s north, east and western dairy regions as well as southern NSW. It’s this geographical spread that ensures ACM is well protected against regional and seasonal conditions, creating certainty of supply for our loyal customers.
In 2019 we commissioned our own processing operations at Girgarre, located in northern Victoria’s renowned Goulburn Valley.
ACM Girgarre is a low cost and efficient processing site, converting farm fresh milk into dairy products for domestic and international markets.
Building a new factory, we sourced modern dairy technology. This investment resulted in Dairy Industry Association of Australia Gold Medal winning products.
Thanks to this commitment to high quality products and our new processing facility operating at capacity, ACM attracts and retains dairy farmer suppliers, while remaining cost competitive for customers.
